The jersey blends three different fabric weights to match the job each panel does. The front body runs a heavier 240g/m² blend of 80% polyester and 20% elastane for structure and compression through the torso, while the back body and sleeves switch to a lighter 115g/m² blend at 85% polyester and 15% elastane so heat and moisture actually move rather than sitting against the skin. Ventilated sleeve panels add airflow and a small aerodynamic benefit while doubling as UPF 50+ sun protection for a jersey you'll wear well past T2. At the front, a YKK semi-auto-lock zipper lets you dial venting up or down without it slipping open mid-ride, backed by a no-sew zipper garage, a bonded rather than stitched zipper channel that removes the seam most likely to rub under a wetsuit or hydration pack.
Seamlink stitching runs through the high-stress zones to add stretch and strength without the bulk of a standard flatlock seam, and Italian-made silicone grippers along the hem keep the jersey in place through the bike-to-run transition without a tight compression band digging in on a long day. The fit itself is relaxed rather than race-compression, built for the hours of a longer event rather than a sprint. Dual rear pockets are sized to carry gels, a spare tube, or race nutrition without bouncing.
