The Torpedo Kompact 500 features a high-modulus unidirectional carbon mounting plate, reducing weight while improving stiffness and durability on uneven roads. The included carbon Raptor Cage delivers a 2.7kg grip force, helping prevent bottle ejection during high-speed riding or rough conditions. The system uses SecureClip™ brackets with Velcro stabilisation, eliminating movement and vibration without the need for zip ties.
It is designed to fit aerobar extensions from 70mm to 150mm apart, with compatibility for 22.2mm diameter bars. The rear offset design shifts weight closer to the stem, improving handling compared to forward-loaded systems. The included insulated Cool Shot bottle uses reflective technology to help maintain lower fluid temperatures during long rides.
