24g of carbohydrates from maple syrup at a 50:50 glucose-to-fructose ratio, with 380mg sodium, 190mg magnesium, and 70mg potassium per gel. The 50mg of natural caffeine comes from guarana extract. No maltodextrin, no artificial colours or sweeteners. Pineapple and mango flavour from real fruit powders.
3 x Sunday Salt Strawberry Caffeine-Free Gel (50g):
Same carbohydrate and electrolyte profile as the Tropical gel, without the caffeine. Built on maple syrup with watermelon powder for flavour. Good for later in a session, afternoon training, or athletes who are sensitive to caffeine. Smooth texture, easy to take on the move.

Take 1 gel every 25-35 minutes during activity. Start before fatigue sets in, not after. For sessions under 60 minutes: 1 gel before you head out. For 60-90 minutes: 1 before, then 1-2 spaced evenly. For 90+ minutes or race day: start with 1, then continue every 25-35 minutes. Cap Sunday Salt gels at 3 per session due to electrolyte content. Take with 200-300ml of water.
