The FLOK Energy Bar is a carbohydrate-led fuel, sitting at roughly 65% of carbohydrates per bar, using a dual-source blend of glucose and fructose. Running two carb sources together rather than one helps support efficient energy uptake and a steadier release of usable fuel, rather than a single quick spike.
It's deliberately low in fibre and fat, which keeps it sitting light in the gut, and it's made without gums or sugar alcohols. Himalayan salt is added to help with electrolyte balance and collagen is included with active bodies and connective tissue in mind. All up, it is an all-natural formulation designed to fuel effort, not to sit in your stomach.
