Consume 1 or 2 servings (33 or 66ml) one to three hours before training and up to six days before competition.
For races or big training weeks, you can also take one shot daily for 3-5 days beforehand.
Avoid using mouthwash around the time you take it, and always trial it in training first to make sure your gut tolerates it.
