The suit runs three fabrics tuned to three different jobs. The body carries a heavier 240g/m² blend of 80% polyester and 20% elastane for structure and compression through the torso and legs, while the mesh panels and sleeves switch to a lighter 190g/m² blend of 79% polyester and 21% spandex for stretch and breathability. The sleeves themselves are set in rather than raglan-cut, which keeps the fabric smoother across the shoulder and reduces the wrinkling that adds drag at speed, and a dimpled surface texture on the arms works the same way a golf ball's dimples do, tripping the air layer to cut resistance. At the front, a full-length open-ended Cam Lock zipper opens flat for pit stops, backed by a no-sew zipper garage that keeps the seam from rubbing at the chest.

The Pro Carbon Tri Chamois uses a multi-support construction that spreads pressure away from the nose of the saddle, the point that takes the most load in a low aero tri position, while staying slim enough to disappear once you're through T2 and running. A cool storage pocket system sits behind the neck and across the kidneys, giving you somewhere to pack ice before the heat of the day sets in, and Vento 4-way stretch mesh across the sides and back keeps air moving where your torso generates the most heat. Two hip pockets and a kangaroo-style centre back pocket hold nutrition without adding bulk, an exclusive Italian gripper keeps the leg hem in place with breathable compression rather than a tight elastic band, and Seamlink stitching throughout keeps every seam stretching with the fabric instead of against it.
